| This 32 hour course fulfills the South Carolina Real Estate Commission education requirement for licensure as a Property Manager. This course also qualifies as a Final Sales education to convert a Provisionary License to a Permanent License. This course covers topics such as: property law, leasing, insurance, tenant relations, rental agreements, and other important topics. |

| In order to become a broker, you will need 150 hours of instruction. This 32 hour course is used in conjunction with the 90 hours for the Sales License plus the 32hour Broker B course(below) completes the education requirement (total of 150 hours). In addition to the education, you will need 3 years of experience in order to be eligible for the test. This course covers management issues in a real estate brokerage. |
