This course must be completed within one year of licensure. Unit II covers: agency, license law, ethical standards in real estate, fair housing, and much more. Each single day can fulfill the 8 hour mandatory continuing education requirements for permanently licensed real estate professionals (each single course is 6 hours + 2 hours core update = 8 hours MCE requirement)
Property Management

This 32 hour course fulfills the South Carolina Real Estate Commission education requirement for licensure as a Property Manager. This course also qualifies as a Final Sales education to convert a Provisionary License to a Permanent License. This course covers topics such as: property law, leasing, insurance, tenant relations, rental agreements, and other important topics.

In order to become a broker, you will need 150 hours of instruction. This 32 hour course is used in conjunction with the 90 hours for the Sales License plus the 32hour Broker B course(below) completes the education requirement (total of 150 hours). In addition to the education, you will need 3 years of experience in order to be eligible for the test. This course covers management issues in a real estate brokerage.

Broker B is the 32 hour course that completes the education requirement for Brokerage (student must have Broker A & B for licensure). This course pertains to laws and other topics outlined in the state examination.
