Gunnels
Mr. Gunnels started in the real estate business with a small
local brokerage, where he learned the skills necessary to succeed.
He earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the College
of Charleston. Mr. Gunnels used these tools to co-found a school
in real estate. He teaches courses, creates new material, and
aids in computer management for the school. Mr. Gunnels reentered
the field of real estate sales and management in his second
joint venture. This new full service real estate brokerage has
broken sales and growth records. When Mr. Gunnels is not working
at the local offices for schools and real estate sales, he aids
in the development of the international division of the real
estate company.

Renee
Nalley
Mrs. Nalley has spent many years in the sales field. Her first
foray into sales was in the highly competitive computer industry.
As a member of the Blackbaud sales staff, she promoted sales
growth through aggressive marketing. Mrs. Nalley has a Bachelor's
in Business, and years of experience. As a member od a "Real
Estate Family", she has many useful insights.

Ron Gunnels
Mr. Gunnels spent his first career in the hotel industry through
the management of restaurants, hotels and resorts. Spending
more than 15 years with many corporations such as Days Inn of
America, Marriott Corporation, Kiawah Island Resort, assisted
in the start-up of Johnson and Wales - Charleston Campus. Mr.
Gunnels has degrees in Hotel Restaurant Tourism and Business
administration from USC. He is a real estate educator with 17
years experience and millions of dollars of sales to his credit.
Mr. Gunnels is a state certified educator and a member of REEA,
PREEA and possesses over 5 real estate designations. Mr. Gunnels
in recent years has devoted a great deal of his time focusing
on international real estate, teaching, writing textbooks and
course development. |

The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors recently certified our ethics training to meet the 2.5 ethics Quadrennial requirement of association members. |
